Our double-liner system protects the environment by ensuring that all waste and waste-water (leachate) is contained and isolated from natural subgrade and groundwater.

Construction is performed to strict engineering standards. All construction is monitored and documented by independent third party engineering organizations and subjected to review and approval by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.
